IMG_3809.jpeg

I mean..... even if cookies aren't yo thang, dayum. These were so good, easy and healthy and the best part is they cook up in not time. I was really craving an oatmeal raisin cookie which historically has vegetable oil, brown sugar and white sugar in it. No Thank You! Here was my adaptation to the cookie game.

Ingredients

•1 cup almond flour

•1 cup rolled oats

•1 tsp baking soda

•1 tsp baking powder

•1/4 tsp salt

•1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

•1 tbsp cane sugar (or omit)

•6 tbsp coconut oil

•2 eggs

•1 tsp vanilla extract

•1/4 cup walnuts

•1/4 cup raisins

Pre-heat over to 350. Scoop into 1 inch balls and flatten on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Thats it! Oh and make sure to share them with people you love, they are a crowd pleaser!

Fun Nutrition Facts

•Oats are a great source of soluble fiber, which pulls water into the intestines and helps lubricate your poo!
